A service we also offer is to help you prepare your property for sale. This includes obtaining quotes and then overseeing the works for whatever is necessary to ensure you get the best outcome when selling your home.

We can then assist in obtaining appraisals from the best agents equipped to market your property and provide advice on their fees and marketing plan. Prior to exclusively buying property, Tiron worked in real estate sales, marketing properties from Swansea to Williamtown, West Wallsend to Newcastle East. Being exposed and passionate about marketing, Tiron knows what works and what doesn’t when marketing a property for sale. As members of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Association of Australia, we do not sell property or accept commission for properties our clients purchase from a third party. We act solely for the buyer and are paid by the buyer. If you require some advice on selling your property, as licenced real estate agents, we can provide you with a market appraisal should you like an independent assessment of your property without being hounded by sales agents. The added benefit is that we may have a buyer already for your property and you won’t have to pay any commission should our buyer proceed to purchase your property. We will guide you through the process and liaise with your solicitor or conveyancer to ensure it is a smooth transaction.
