How do you choose a buyers agent?
You need someone with industry experience.
You need someone who has a good rapport with the agents that they’re negotiating with, without being too close.
They’re not paid by developers or builders.
They’re only paid by the buyer.
They’re a member of industry bodies like REBAA or REINSW.
And they’re happy to share the information with you and educate you through the whole process and not hold back to help you make a decision as to who to use and how they’re going to best help you.
